We isolate any physical limitations, correlate these findings to your swing technique and prescribe a custom-conditioning program. From Spikey Balls which improve posture to Disc Pillows for strengthening the muscles that stabilize your ankles, knees, core & shoulders, we have a wide variety of equipment for you to purchase. Do you need mini bands (exercise) for use on the range, at home, in the gym, or while traveling? We have them. Also, medicine balls, stretching poles, and the Square Wobble Board (which is great to train your ankle stability and balance) are all available at Sinclair’s. The very popular FMT, which is band training that can be used at angles to provide the desired combination of vertical and horizontal loading, makes a perfect aid for training deceleration and changes of direction.
